How accurate is the contact data?

Very. We update our data bi-monthly to ensure the highest level of accuracy in our skip-tracing. We pull from every source imaginable from property tax records to secretary of state, phone bills, and more. No commercial property database will achieve 100%. If it is owned by a South Dakota Trust, which is owned by a shell company in the BVI, we'll find the property, but you may have to charm the recepionist with coffee to get the contact.

Is this for residential or commercial solar?
